Enrollment Fee (non-refundable)
This fee is applied towards technology, consumable books, school supplies, MAPS testing, parties, field trips and other academic expenses. The enrollment fee (as noted below) is required to complete the enrollment process and under applicable situations, may be partially refundable. The full fee may be paid by cash, check, credit or debit card directly to Key School. Please contact the Key School Finance Office with any questions.
Once you have submitted your on-line registration through FACTS (RenWeb), you will be billed for the enrollment fee. You must pay this fee no later than April 22, 2019 to ensure a place is reserved for your child for the 2019-20 school year. Once the enrollment fee is paid, if circumstances change prior to June 21, 2019 and you need to withdraw your child, a refund will be made, less a $200 administrative fee. No refunds will be given after June 21, 2019.

Tuition payments for the 2019-2020 school year will be made directly to Key School. Payments can be made by a variety of methods (ACH bank draft, credit/debit card payment, cash or check). Payments will continue to be made via online payment or direct payment to the school; recurring, auto-draft payments set-up will also be available. The process will be the same as it has been for the 2018-2019 school year.
If a student leaves during the school year, tuition will be payable for the entire year in which the student leaves, regardless of when she or he exits during that year, or the payment schedule selected at registration.
As announced at the start of this school year, the tuition for the next school year will increase by $250. We will continue to have a staggered tuition schedule dependent on the grade your child(ren) will be entering. The payment schedules will be the same – either all at once at the beginning of the school year, semester payments due at the start of each semester or monthly payments. There will be discounts for paying by cash/check as well as paying all tuition up front. You will be able to select from the payment options below that best fit your financial situation.

Senior Graduation Fee: $750 (invoiced separately in early November and due December 2, 2019).
* This fee will cover expenses associated with senior events.
- We partner with School and Student Services (SSS) by NAIS in our financial aid process.
- The maximum award amount is 50 percent of the tuition expense and most awards will total less than that amount.
- Priority status is given to returning students.
