The Key School Academic Language Therapy (KSALT) Training and Preparation Program offers in-depth multi-sensory structured training to individuals throughout the community interested in working with children or adults having dyslexia or related disorders.
KSALT adheres to the high professional and ethical standards established by the International Multisensory Structured Language Education Council (IMSLEC) and the Academic Language Therapy Association (ALTA).
KSALT is a Neuhaus Education Center endorsed training program. The KSALT Training and Preparation Program meets requirements for Texas licensure and eligibility requirements to apply for the ALTA Competency Exam for Multisensory Structured Language Education for membership in the Academic Language Therapy Association (ALTA). KSALT also follows the stringent standards of the International Dyslexia Association. Upon completion of all KSALT Training Program requirements, trainees will be eligible to apply for certification through the Center for Effective Reading Instruction (CERI).
