2020 Key School No Go Gala

Since 1966, Key School has given area students a chance to reach their full academic and social potential, but the commitment to make a difference in the lives of our students is a team effort, and we need YOU. Together, we can ensure that all students can become confident readers, experience success in school, and build a foundation of pride and resilience.

Key School offers financial aid dollars to approximately 20% of our students each year with a demonstrated financial need. This fund enables us to impact children who would never have the opportunity to attend Key School. Please consider making a contribution to support our financial aid program.

In Memory of John M. Richardson, M.D. A tribute gift to the Key School Planting Seeds Capital Campaign supporting the Key Center for Learning Differences, John M. Richardson Campus will ensure that families, students and educators have resources needed to provide equitable educational opportunities for all students with learning differences. We appreciate your thoughtfulness and generosity to memorialize a life well lived who impacted thousands of children and families in the Fort Worth community.

Key Center launched the Planting Seeds: Deepening the Roots of Learning Capital Campaign in 2018 to raise money to build the Key Center for Learning Differences, a one-of-a-kind training and resource center in Tarrant County offering specialized education and a unique support system. The mission of the Key Center for Learning Differences is to make accessible to families, educators, and students the resources necessary to provide equitable educational opportunities for all students with learning differences. In August of 2018, the Key Navigation & Training Institute opened and the Key School Academic Language Therapy (KSALT) program started its planning to begin training individuals to become Certified Academic Language Therapists in June 2020.

This year, our Technology Fund A Need program is raising money for needed technology equipment in the school. Some of these needs include classroom projectors, digital video equipment and 3D printers and supplies. Funds raised will be used to purchase this equipment.
